Ronald Fowlkes, a business-savvy entrepreneur with a vision that has transformed the defense and law enforcement industries. He has a unique mixture of expertise in the police force and the military. His innovative ideas landed him a prominent position as the Business Development Manager for the Eagle Industries Unlimited.
During the First Gulf War, Ronald Fowlkes served in the Marine Corps where he was promoted meritoriously twice. With the experience he gained while serving in the Marine Corps, he was able to join the St. Louis Police Department after his honorable discharge from the Marine Corps. He effectively served for a number of years on the St. Louis Police Department SWAT team and participated in hundreds of high-risk situations.
In 2003, He became a team leader and earned his certification as an instructor in the tactical rifle. He was also certified as an instructor in the shoot house, SWAT/URBAN warfare tactics, and defensive tactics.
Overall, Mr. Fowlkes served in law enforcement for over 13 years; He served on the St. Louis Metropolitans HRT Team for seven years.
Furthermore, He went back to Iraq and worked in the Navy-Marine Corps as a contractor for the department of defense with the Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization (JIEDDO). Mr. Fowlkes responsibility was for the combat zone mounted and dismounted infantry operations.
In the United States Army, he instructed soldiers in tactical operations. He trained them in CQB and hostage rescue as well as post-blast analysis and evidence collection. He also provided them with extensive training in a tactical questioning of detainees and captured adversary combatants.
Needless to say, all the experience he gained during his career proved to be instrumental in his current position. The expertise that he acquired assisted him in his responsibilities of calling on his nationwide customer base. He educated over 150 sales personnel in product selection and sales skills.
In his current position at Eagle Industries Unlimited, Fowlkes is responsible for developing law enforcement products. His decade-long employment with the firm has afforded him the responsibilities for selecting and training members of the sales force as well as selecting and promoting products.
Ronald Fowlkes effectively performed with urban warfare tactics and training military personnel and law enforcement. With his passion for law enforcement, he made it possible to go from protecting the community in St. Louis to making America safer.
Ronald Fowlkes’ love for sports gives him great pleasure especially when he coaches his son’s hockey team.
